Chawkes bar on the main street of Adare is a mix of the old and new. The bar has a games room with pool table and jukebox. Lena's Bar, opposite the village park, is only a short walk from the Trinitarian Abbey. Soup and sandwiches served daily. Saturday and Sunday nights are busy with live music and Irish music on Wednesday evenings. This large bar caters for parties and a lounge for other private events.
